If you plan to use FlashQuote on more than one computer in your business, the Cloud and Team Share utilites will allow you to easily move customer/project files between users by 'pushing' them up to the JungleDisk cloud so that other users can 'pull' them from the cloud. This internet-based data sharing process is also used to 'manage' the most important part of any sales software - keeping everyone up-to-date.
Once your cloud is set up (we set it up for you) you will be able to complete a sale with your customer and immediately send that sale to the cloud. A minute or two later the sale along with any other documents you created in FlashQuote like purchase orders and installation instructions, even photos you took of the job, are all being downloaded in the office.
The JungleDisk Cloud service is also a key piece of the FlashQuote Call Taker/Scheduling Tool which allows you electronically transfer new sales leads/appointments from the office and directly download them into a sales person's FlashQuote files. A cloud account with JungleDisk is required for this function (cost is approx $5 per month).
If you have more than one sales person, the cloud utility makes it easy to update critical information about products, prices, and other key items that must be kept current. We will also use your cloud to send you updated manufacturer data like new brochures, rating, etc.
